PESHAWAR: A firefighter was injured after a fire erupted in a godown on Tuesday
morning in Mohalla Jhangi, Peshawar.
The fire broke out due to a short circuit, resultin
g in the loss of hundreds of thousands of rupees, as rubber and cardboard were burnt to ashes.
According to officials, one firefighter, who was involved in tackling and extinguishing the fire, sustained injuries in the line of duty.

er to control and put out the inferno.
It is the second such incident to have occurred in the area within the
last few days.
