PESHAWAR: Police have arrested 52 persons including proclaimed offenders (POs) and violators of Rent Restrict ordinance (RRO) and recover
ed arms and drugs dur
ing search operations on Saturday.
According to details, heavy contingent
of police
conducted several search operation and arrested 40 suspects, two proclaimed offenders and 10 accused of violat
ing RRO.
The police recover
ed arms and drugs from the possession of the detainees and they were being interrogated after registering cases against them at respective police stations.
